The HR coordinator is expected to be a self-motivated and driven HR professional with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with a natural affinity to multitasking. Key to this role’s success will be strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition, people management and payroll.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Take ownership of payroll, ensuring that these are compiled and issued in a timely and accurate manor
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Develop and follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
  • Provide a happy, healthy, and efficient office environment for all our employees to enjoy
  • Take responsibility of all office-related tasks, projects and the day to day running of
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Coordinate events and any other task and/or project as needed by HR

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related
  • 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator
  • Solid knowledge of local Labor Law and employment regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Well versed in payroll administration & practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
